>Original G.J. Reed self-recorded songs<

I’ve written dozens of songs over the years, but have never officially sold any of them.  There are a few that I posted years ago on the website Soundclick that can be downloaded for free.  I wrote and recorded these myself back when I was a traveling consultant.  At the time I recorded them for fun for both me and my friends at the consulting company that I worked at called Energy Consultants Incorporated or ECI.  The one song that I feel was the most apropos at the time was called “Another Traveling Day” which voiced my despair for the amount of time I had to spend away from my wife and kids, something I tried to stop doing by leaving the Navy; a place that constantly separated us as the Navy’s orders dictated.  To listen to all of these songs go to the website www.soundclick.com and search for the “Harrisburg Hawgs” songs by George Reed.

I plan to post some of my other songs, including ones I wrote while serving in the U.S. Navy (but I may ask for a small fee to download them).  I will let you know when and where they are available later.

One thing of note is that these recordings were made entirely by G.J. Reed on his private recording equipment.  It is his vocals (including the harmony tracks) that you hear, as well as him playing lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass guitar, and electric piano.  He also manipulated the drum input using an electronic device called a Korg Rhythm 55.
